Refund policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from Osmo Nutrition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the remainder of the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30-days of receipt. Please note that if you purchased an Osmo Nutrition product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, you must return the product to your place of purchase.

When returning an item, please enclose a copy of your order receipt with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note any new sizes or flavors to ensure that you are sent the desired exchange item(s).
