Cluster dextrin has a higher gastric emptying rate than other simple sugars, including Maltodextrin. This leads to faster absorption of glucose into the gut and therefore faster access to energy.
Drink Osmo Power Fuel for workouts lasting longer than 60 minutes where you may need extra carbohydrates.
When mixed with Osmo Active Hydration in recommended amounts, you will not need additional electrolytes. This all-in-one solution will provide the carbohydrates you need without compromising your electrolyte intake.
