Bianca Beldini is a 46-year-old competitive age group triathlete. She was a collegiate level swimmer at NYU and didn’t find triathlon until 28 years later, bringing her into the sport at the age of 43. Bianca is a doctor of physical therapy, sports acupuncturist, USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach and Pose Method run technique specialist. She co-founded TriRoc Multisport, a non-profit organization, dedicated to supporting and uplifting anyone interested in pursuing the multisport lifestyle through camaraderie, mutual admiration and fun. When Bianca is not training or racing she is playing with her GoPro, making the art of athletic movement a creative expression.
