Blair Benson-D’Alesandro is an age-group triathlete, steadily working her way up the ranks trying to find the limits of her potential. The 2021 season saw her compete in the USAT Age-Group National Championships, placing 4th in her age group and earning All-American status. Her current training is focused on 2022 World Triathlon Series events and the 2022 Age Group World Championships in Abu Dhabi. A proponent of grass-roots and local racing, she has podiumed at triathlons throughout the Northeast.

As well as triathlon, Blair is a full-time architect with a focus on sustainable design. She has a Masters degree in Architecture from the Rochester Institute of Technology Golisano Institute for Sustainability and lives in Rochester, NY with her husband.
