Holli Finneren is a rookie professional triathlete in the 2020 season after a successful career in the age group ranks. Holli capped off her age group career competing in the 2019 Ironman Wold Championship in Kailua-Kona, HI – her 2nd appearance at the big dance on the Big Island. Holli competed in the Ironman World Championship 2x and the 70.3 World Championship 1x as an age group triathlete as well as countless podium appearances in everything from sprint distance racing to Ironman. Holli spent seven years competing as a member of the DC Triathlon Club Elite team, where she was first introduced to Osmo in 2014. She is now a military spouse and is happily living on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
Along with her training Holli works full time as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, helping to improve her patients lives through movement education and increased self awareness. She is also a USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach. Holli is passionate about helping improve movement efficiency for athletes, increasing performance outcomes, and decreasing injury through her small business, Vertex Performance PT. Holli graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Exercise Science: Kinesiology in 2009 (and 4 years as an NCAA Div I Soccer Player) and The George Washington University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. She currently resides in Kailua, Hawaii with her husband. She’s been training and racing with Mango Osmo in her bottles since 2014 is looking forward to using Osmo as she toes the line in the Women’s Professional field.
